Started out dubbing mix tapes for friends at an early age. A fan of collecting the music that grabs your emotions. As founder of the site basically an independent however can be found playing a number of gigs throughout the year for outstanding promoters like the "White-Bird" and "BreakBeat Island" crews. Jim Turns is featured here on NWJ alongside his DJ compatriots and some of the biggest talent in the Northwest Jungle, Dubstep, Funk and Drum n Bass music scenes.
